Who We Are

 

We are GovCon Queens—a community built by women, for women, in government contracting. Our space was created to break down barriers, share knowledge, and uplift each other in an industry that’s often been dominated by the “good ol’ boys club.”

 

We’re consultants, contractors, small business owners, and leaders with decades of combined experience across every corner of the federal marketplace. What brings us together is more than just contracts—it’s the drive to create visibility, opportunity, and impact for women in GovCon.
